Former Ohio State star Dwayne Haskins has been one of the most talked about prospects leading up to the 2019 NFL Draft. That’s typically what happens when a guy is widely considered to be one of the top two quarterbacks in his draft class.
Given the quarterback-hungry nature of the National Football League, Haskins will almost surely end up being a top-10 pick. With that being said, here’s a look at which teams the Vegas oddsmakers believe are most likely to select Haskins in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Washington Redskins (+900)
With Alex Smith’s NFL future in doubt, the Redskins are now in search of a franchise quarterback to build their offense around. To land Haskins Washington will likely have to move up in the first round. But if they believe he’s their guy, it would be well worth the risk.
How confident am I in the notion that the ‘Skins will address the quarterback position in the Draft? Very. If they choose not to, they will be handing over the reigns of their offense to either Case Keenum or Colt McCoy.
Denver Broncos (+890)
The Broncos have been searching for a franchise quarterback ever since the day Peyton Manning hung up his cleats and retired from the NFL. They acquired veteran Joe Flacco in a trade earlier this offseason. But at 34-years-old, the Super Bowl XLVII MVP is far from a long-term solution.
General Manager John Elway has backed Flacco since the trade became official, and the team’s other offseason moves clearly indicate the team is in win-now mode. While I don’t see this scenario coming to fruition, anything can happen on Draft Day.
Miami Dolphins (+850)
The Dolphins’ starting quarterback for the 2019 season is slated to be Ryan Fitzpatrick. Expect them to aggressively pursue a quarterback in the 2019 Draft. Will it be Haskins? Only time will tell.
Oakland Raiders (+260)
In the last year, head coach Jon Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock have completely rebuilt the Raiders’ roster. Their commitment to Derek Carr, who was once considered to be the franchise savior in Oakland, remains to be seen.
With three first-round picks (including No. 4 overall), the Raiders can be aggressive on Draft Day. We will soon find out if Gruden and Mayock believe Haskins is their guy.
New York Giants (+210)
The Giants have been linked to Haskins all offseason. In fact, it’s hard to see the 2018 Big Ten Player of the Year slipping past the G-Men at No. 6.
Given the obvious rebuilding project going on in New York, it would make perfect sense for the Giants to land the heir-apparent to Eli Manning in the 2019 NFL Draft.
